If you think pandesal for breakfast is a snooze, you’ve never had SPAM®desal™. It’s an alarm clock for your mouth that signals wake up and taste the delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 x 340g can of SPAM® Classic , sliced into 8 pieces
  • 8 medium size Pandesal
  • 8 slices of tomato
  • 8 pcs of lettuce

Directions

  1. Pan-fry sliced SPAM® Classic. Set aside
  2. Slice Pandesal cross-wise (toast if preferred).
  3. Assemble sandwiches:
  4. Spread mayo or ketchup on bread
  5. Place lettuce
  6. Place sliced tomato
  7. Top with pan-fried slices of SPAM® Classic
  8. Put top of pandesal on top
  9. Serve warm or as is
