SPAMALICIOUS™ Fiesta Dip

SPAM® With Real Hormel® Bacon is throwing a fiesta and you’re invited! Bring all your friends and all your chips because this dip makes plenty to go around. Even the party piñata will want to grab a chip and dig in for some spicy flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 (340g) can SPAM® With Real Hormel® Bacon
  • 285mL canned, diced tomatoes
  • Sliced jalapeños, optional
  • 2 (225g) packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 (540g) can of corn, drained
  • Tortilla chips, for dipping

Directions

  1. In a 3-quart saucepan, saute the SPAM® With Real Hormel® Bacon until lightly browned.
  2. Add the diced tomatoes with green chilies, sour cream, and corn. Stir until well combined, the cream cheese is melted, and the dip is warm.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping. Serves 16-20.
