SPAM® & Cheese Toastie

Ingredients

• 1 can of SPAM® Classic 340g
• 6 slices of cheese
• 12 slices of bread
• 2 eggs
• 60ml of milk
• 45g of butter or margarine

Directions

1. Cut SPAM® Classic into 12 slices.
2. Layer cheese and SPAM® Classic between the bread slices.
3. Mix eggs with milk, quickly dip both sides of sandwiches into egg mixture.
4. Sauté in butter in a frypan over medium heat until cheese melts and both sides are browned.
5. Serve immediately.
