Elevated Egg Roll

Ingredients

• 1 SPAM^® Classic (340g)
• Flour
• Water
• Egg
• Chives
• Cooking Oil

Directions

1. Mix water and flour to form a paste, the ratio is 2:1.
2. Crack the eggs, add salt and chive powder, and stir evenly.
3. Pour the flour batter evenly into the hot pan, spread it out into sheets of dough and take it out.
4. Heat the pan, add oil, pour in the egg liquid, and spread it evenly. When the egg pancake is formed, cover it with the pastry, add SPAM^® Classic, and roll it up.
5. Remove from the pan and cut into sections.
