SPAM® Brick Oven Pizza Overload

Ingredients

  • 1 pc large store-bought pizza dough
  • 60g tomato sauce
  • 50g grated mozzarella
  • 5 slices buffalo mozzarella
  • 40g onions, cut into rings
  • 45g sliced bell peppers
  • 55g pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 can SPAM® Classic cut into sticks

Directions

  1. Preheat oven at 200⁰C.
  2. Assemble pizza buy spreading tomato sauce leaving 2.5cm edge. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining toppings.
  3. Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese has melted and browned a bit.
  4. Cut into 8 slices.
